Kids 2 Taekwondo
6:00pm - 6:45pm (45 mins)
Kids' classes incorporate stretching, flexibility, & endurance exercises along with kicking & punching techniques and drills. Each belt level has its own combination of poomsae, hand, and kicking techniques, which become more technical as the student progresses to higher belt levels. Students also learn varying self-defense patterns and competitive-style sparring. Students must wear protective gear and put the techniques they’ve been learning into real-time practice with a sparring partner.
